Cinemark — Establishment and movie theater at 1201 Boston Post Road, Milford, Connecticut.

Overall bad experience. I’ve gone there several times and have received poor service. I’ve also gone with friends under 18 to R Rated films. Sometimes we’re let in without problem. Others the manager steps in and says otherwise. Sometimes we’re asked for “required” ID (of which some don’t have) and are told to leave. If a place is willing to go back on its policies so often, it leads one to think management is struggling to keep their business in check. That said, I’ve also gone with the reserve seating and had it be blatantly disregarded. A party I was with had half our seats taken and the theater chose to do nothing after we had informed them. Poor service. Poor quality. Only good thing is IMAX.

Staff here is great, there's just one manager that's a little jerk most of the time markis or whatever. They have a great selection with foods like pizza, chicken nuggets, burgers, fries, ice cream and so much more. The prices are like any other cinemark so i suggest Tuesdays cause it's cheaper those days.
