I’ve been waiting 3 days to get the results of X-rays that we’re done of my hand (they suspected my hand is fractured.) Yesterday when I called, I was given an attitude and was told that they’d contact me with the results (apparently not.) X-ray results should only take a few hours at most, not 3 days. It’s ridiculous to wait this long to know the seriousness of my hand injury- could be a fracture or maybe something worse. I’m still waiting for the results. Regardless, this place isn’t efficient and doesn’t follow through.
