Milford Bank is absolutely amazing. I am a first time home buyer and they have a program for people like me with a very appealing, low interest rate. I was attempting to get a mortgage from a large bank and i ran into SO many problems with them it was ridiculous. After 2 months of trying to get a mortgage i still was not successful in the end with the large bank, so i switched over to Milford Bank. This nice community bank met my needs very quickly. In ONE WEEK i was approved for my mortgage and i had my closing soon after the approval. I cannot thank Milford Bank enough for what they did for me. I am so thrilled and i am officially a home owner thanks to these guys. Anyone doing anything remotely financially related should go to Milford bank. these guys will really take care of you.
