I've been attending this practice since I was a teenager, now that I have my own daughter I saw fit for her to go where I went. From the moment her and I met Dr. Sadinski, we fell in love. My daughter is a bit much and has a very strong personality, even at the age of 2. The Doctor treats her like she's his own. When she's sick he is gentle and calm; when she's full of energy he matches her as well. He gives the best care and I would not remove her as long as he is there.
My experience with other staff members have not been bad. I've always had great interactions with everyone and never had any outrageous waiting time.
I think people need to understand that it is a doctor's office and it is for children. They tend to operate on their own times, so that should be accounted for when they are waiting to be seen. It's all about perspective.
